CALHOUN, GA—Georgia-Cumberland Conference welcomes Neil
Brady as the new corporation treasurer. He will be working with accounting,
insurance, and purchases and sales of church properties.
He has worked in Georgia-Cumberland previously serving as
the treasurer for Georgia-Cumberland Academy and the associate treasurer for
the conference office. Most recently, he has been serving as an auditor for the
General Conference Auditing Service.
Brady shares, “While it was a valuable experience working as
an auditor for the General Conference, I am looking forward to getting back to
work in the direct support of the ministries in our churches and schools.”
Kurt Allen, vice president for finance/treasurer, says,
“We’re happy to be adding someone with his expertise to our team.”
Brady’s wife, Debbie, teaches at Coble Elementary in Calhoun, Ga. They have three children: Amanda, a volunteer missionary in El Salvador; Matthew, a member of the Georgia National Guard currently in Afghanistan; and Alex, a
freshman at GCA.
