Transitioning to Conference Employment
The following information is to assist entities in transitioning local positions to conference employment status, with all expenses funded by the local entity.
New Employee Process (Treasurer or Board Representative)
STEP 1 Complete Cost Analysis
for position to assist local board in hiring decision.
STEP 2 Meet with employee to complete Employment Forms no later than the first day of employment.
STEP 3 Mail required documentation to Human Resources no later than the first day of employment.
