“The liberty enjoyed by the people of these states of worshiping Almighty God agreeably to their conscience, is not only among the choicest of their blessings, but also of their rights.” George Washington September, 1789
The Religious Liberty Department is here to help people in their desire to worship God according to their convictions. Many people find themselves facing a conflict between their personal convictions and the expectations that life brings them. Sometimes this conflict comes from the change of a work schedule that conflicts with the time they consider Holy. Professional and academic tests many times fall on days that are in conflict with days of worship. At those times faith can be tested.
We are happy to be able to provide resources to help people in these trying times.
Here are some of the areas in which we can assist with:
· Work and Sabbath scheduling conflicts
· ACT, SAT and Professional testing date accommodations.
· Non-combatancy letters for citizenship applications.
· Restrictions of the freedom to witness.
· Other accommodation issues
· Liberty Magazine promotions
If you or someone you know needs help in obtaining a religious accommodation please give us a call to find out what we can do to help.
